An hour to help restore and rejuvenate. Gentle movement, followed by a yoga nidra (sleep yoga) and a soothing sound bath.
Bring cushions, blankets and wear your comfiest clothes.

Please note that when booking a class you take full responsibility for your body. It is not recommended to partake in a sound bath if you have any recently broken bones, are in the first trimester of pregnancy or have a pace maker.
